Another generation of climate policies are being developed on the back of green new deal and green industrial revolution ideas. No doubt they will improve on earlier ones , like Ed Davey's Expensive Coalition Green Deal Loans to Cook Old People, but they may or may not arrive on our doorstops complete with People Power. Climate policies will be at the mercy of the voting market and the integrity and competence of tradesmen and larger industries. After the experts have gone, and before they have come, we do need to tool up. What if we could develop ways of improving our homes and communities without market and state dependancies? Within our relatively modest resources of time and money, what can we do? This blog will distill and develop practical tools and knowledge to this end.
